The following spreadsheets have been created to make bookkeeping more manageable. Due to the change in GST from 5% to HST 13%, there is a new spreadsheet available for use to track expenses for 2010. Downloading Instructions:

Use the following procedure to download formatted excel templates: decide which spreadsheet applies to your situation; look below for appropriate "Spreadsheet 'x' " text; right click on this text; left click on "save target as"; name the file, select the location where you wish to save the file, and finally, left click on the "save" box.

Printing Instructions:

To get the best use of the spreadsheets below you must get them to print 8½" long by 11" wide. If you are printing directly from your browser you can accomplish this by making sure that you set it to print "Landscape". To do so in Internet Explorer, go to "File", then "Page Setup" and choose "Landscape" in the box for page orientation. If you have downloaded the file and are printing from Excel, choose "File", then "Page Setup" and then "Landscape". Once you have completed the page setup, do the following to complete your print job: right click on the appropriate "Spreadsheet 'x' ", then left click on "print target".
